Work With Me

There are seasons when life needs more than insight.

More than white-knuckling it.

More than reading one more book, listening to one more podcast, or hoping things somehow settle down on their own.

Sometimes what we need is a place to think clearly, tell the truth, and figure out what comes next.

That’s the work here.

I work with people who want something honest, thoughtful, and useful.

Some come to therapy because they’re anxious, burned out, stuck, grieving, angry, disconnected, or tired of carrying too much alone.

Some come to coaching because they need clarity, direction, accountability, or a different way of leading and living.

Some invite me into organizations or groups because they want conversations that are grounded, meaningful, and practical.

The format changes. The deeper questions usually don’t.

How do I live with more intention?
How do I tell a truer story about who I am?
How do I change in ways that actually last?

Ways We Can Work Together

Therapy

Therapy is a place to slow down and make sense of your life without the performance.

People usually don’t come to therapy because everything is falling apart. More often, they come because something feels off.

They’re functioning, but tired. Holding it together, but disconnected. Capable, but overwhelmed. They’ve been carrying the same patterns, stories, fears, or frustrations for a long time and they’re ready to stop living on autopilot.

My approach is direct, relational, and grounded in the belief that people are complex, not broken. We pay attention to the emotional data, the stories you’ve inherited, the roles you play, and the ways you’ve learned to survive. Then we work toward something more flexible, more connected, and more fully alive.

Coaching

Coaching is for people who are not necessarily looking for therapy, but do want clarity, movement, and an honest place to think.

Sometimes that means working through burnout, leadership challenges, decision fatigue, creative blocks, or a sense that life has become too reactive and scattered.

Sometimes it means reconnecting with values, sharpening direction, or finding a better way to move through work and relationships.

Coaching with me is reflective, practical, and conversational. I’m less interested in polished performance than I am in helping you align your actions with what matters most.

Speaking, Workshops, Organizations

I also work with groups, teams, and organizations around topics like burnout, emotional health, leadership, story, meaning, relationships, grief, and the challenge of building healthier cultures (among other topics).

This work is best when it feels human, not canned. I’m not especially interested in delivering polished jargon to a room full of people pretending to listen. I’d much rather help create a conversation that is thoughtful, useful, and honest enough to matter after everyone leaves.

If you’re looking for a speaker, facilitator, or workshop leader, let’s talk.

A Few Things that Shape My Work

I believe people are complex, not broken.
I believe change happens in relationship.
I believe the stories we tell about ourselves matter.
I believe balance is overrated and harmony matters more.
I believe hope is not wishful thinking, but the next honest step.

If that sounds like your kind of conversation, we may work well together.

What the Process Looks Like

We start with a conversation.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfect explanation or a neatly organized list of goals. Most people don’t. We begin by getting honest about what feels hard, what feels important, and what you hope might be different. From there, we figure out what kind of work makes the most sense.

Start Where You Are

You do not need to have the whole story figured out before you begin.
You just need enough honesty to take the next step.

Therapy, coaching, and writing for a more honest life.
